Manager - Marketing - Internet/Online

Our client is seeking an experienced marketing professional to plan, implement and execute integrated marketing programs designed to drive brand management, product marketing and market research.

This role reports to the GM Marketing, and shall work closely with the product marketing, sales and regional marketing teams.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing expert who will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the Marketing initiatives of the company with an aim to create sustainable growth.

Job Description :

- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different businesses and segments

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

- Assist in managing events ( virtual and physical) , conferences, and road shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements

- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

- Assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns

- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation/printing of new materials as needed

Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field from a premier b-school only

- 2 to 6 years of rich work experience in marketing domain

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
