Marketing Manager - International School Job Description - Marketing Manager Reporting : Head of Admissions & Outreach Key role & responsibilities : - Plan media and communication for large school events namely Open House for the School, Literature Fest, Science Fest, Exhibitions, or other events as directed by management. - Create high-quality content for marketing and admissions collateral, working with external designers and agencies. - Work closely with the vendors - sharing inputs/ ideas to execute digital and outreach campaigns. - Overview of school's social media. Develop strategy and manage the school's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts: utilizing them as tools to share our story and connect to content posted in other places. - Conducted in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations - worked on social media analysis of the competitor schools. - Conduct Market Research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition analysis - Study the social media presence of competitor schools and execute strategies to amplify the school's digital presence - Providing creative ideas, seeking input, and delivering toward the development of new digital marketing materials - Work closely with the academic teams for talk points. Churn out, and edit the content to make it available for coverage. - Coordinate with the academic teams for content creation across branding pintables - Handbooks, Yearbooks, Brochures, Pamphlets, etc. - Content writing, copy editing, and proofreading for diverse marketing distributions towards the following but not limited to Wikipedia, Pamphlets, brochures, adverts, etc. - Coordinate with the website teams to get content & structural changes updated. - Work along with the PR agency to ensure we have the required coverage across print and digital platforms to create the buzz. Proactively searching out information for PR purposes. - Manage the photography, video edit and create a roadmap for events coverage and ensure the quality of the deliverables is maintained. - Produce an annual Marketing Plan including management of the Marketing Budget, which forms part of the School Development Plan. - Measure ROI and identify opportunities to grow - Conduct Surveys for parents' feedback and improvements - Maintaining the repository of Photos and Videos - Identifying and liaising with agencies for Marketing, PR, and Outreach related activities - Analyze trends and improve media performances - Must be a go-getter, willing to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
