POSITION : Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparing annual plan and budget for the branch in alignment with the branch sales targets and ensuring strict adherence.

- Creating and executing monthly plan and budget with regard to DGA activities to meet targets.

- Monitoring and analyzing the same to drive better efficiency.

- Evaluating the data and conversion funnel and identify problems, drop offs and providing solutions to the same.

- Ensuring daily and weekly reporting on all deliverables.

- Promoting and ensuring collaboration between sales, marketing, telemarketing and venue sales and marketing teams to derive maximum efficiency.

- Conducting BTL Activities and Marketing Tie ups.

- Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs to minimize effort and monetary wastage.

- Identifying and promoting innovation for impact on both efficiency and budget.

Desired Candidate :

- Must be good in interpersonal relations

- Flexible to travel on average at moderate frequency if required

- Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills

- Sound knowledge about the local Market and timeshare

- Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure

- Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities
