- Developing, implementing and facilitating annual marketing plan and maintaining aggressive market growth and market share.
- Prioritizing marketing activities to make sure the best use of resources and funding available.
- Planning and administering the firm's marketing operations budget; supporting development of regional marketing budgets.
- Regularly reporting achievements against agreed metrics and measurements to demonstrate maximum return on marketing investment.
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results.
- Building, leading, developing and managing all marketing personnel and marketing initiatives within the region.
- Developing and executing relevant programs focused on market segments, strategic customers and prospects.
- Working with various channels to develop and drive channel promotion program, develop and drive alliance and investment programs.
