Description :

- Drive the Marketing plan efficiency & develop Internet channel & Sales contribution

Operational missions :

Mission 1: Define, implement and promote an efficient marketing plan

Mission 2: Guarantee brand image & positioning, upscale strategy implementation and PR

Mission 3: Drive Internet channel sales development and management of the local website

Mission 4: Ensure a referential role within the company for market, client and product knowledge

Mission 5: Lead the Pricing process, Management missions

Mission 6: Act as a brand Ambassador of Club Med in India

Mission 7: Collaborate with all managers as business partners in a multichannel vision

Responsibilities :

- Be co-responsible for the country BV and sales contribution budget set-up & achievement

- Be responsible for any marketing action plan/material/ being in line with the corporate brand guidelines/ upscale positioning (FIT, Groups & Incentives)

- Be responsible for Country Marketing Budget

- Leader of the "country marketing and sales plan" process

- Leader of the "pricing" process

- Leader of the "promotional offer"

KPIs -

Performance: Country BV & Sales contribution

KPIs: Internet BV & Sales contribution

Upscale strategy KPI

Country Marketing plan ROI

Profile

Education: University Master's Degree

Job experience: 3/4 years experience as a Marketing Manager in Hospitality business, Luxury business or Internet company

Competencies requested

Knowledge: Group & Marketing & Sales Policy, CM Range of services and products, B to B and/or B to C sales conditions, CRM database management, E-commerce & online marketing expertise, local media market, marketing tools & methods

Skills :

- Team management (evaluation, coaching, development), act in line with the Group and BU strategy, able to empower others (decision making, leadership), anticipating

- Polyvalent (able to handle tasks/projects aside his/her marketing Job scope)

- Confidence to work with limited resource

- Creativeness, written communication & analytical skills

- Client oriented, argumentative skills

- Genuine passion and in-depth understanding of the marketing & tourism field

- Experience in promoting and engaging consumers through online advertising

- Experience in managing media buying, analytics and creative brief

- Experience in managing online agencies and related key stakeholders

- Leadership & entrepreneurship spirit

- PR minded - Very comfortable in networking event

Technical skills (tools) :

- Advanced copywriting & editing skills in English

- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)

Languages: English
