People Praxis Solutions is a fat growing Executive Search &amp; Training firm and we have the following mandate from one of our client which is a reputed Health Insurance Company for there Corporate Office at Mumbai Job Designation : Manager - Marketing CTC Range : 12-14 Lacs Ideal Profile : Must be working in India's Leading Ad Agencies or similar role in BFSI Job Purpose : (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING) This position is primarily responsible for managing content and ensuring uniformity of design layouts across all Digital Assets of the Company. This job is also responsible for executing UAT along with creation of all test materials, including test cases, defect management, issue resolution and production implementation. Responsibilities : Content Management &amp; Measurement - Will be responsible for improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. - Your duties will also include monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. - Collaborate with various teams during product launch or campaign launch to setup CMS as per requirement. - Execute on-page optimization as shared by the SEO team. - Should be able to understand the GA or any other equivalent tracking codes setup ensure its functioning. - Manage content distribution to platforms like mobile web and app. UAT Planning - Involvement in approach reviews for all Digital Assets of the company. - Partner with IT to offer technical expertise on overall system functionality in the current state as well as direction on future enhancements. - Partner with cross function leads involved in UAT - providing them with test schedules, test data, direction and detailed test scripts in accordance with the Enterprise Release Schedule. - Writing and documentation of test procedures and issues. UAT Execution - Responsible for testing a range of projects from enhancements to product launches to microsites. - Execute manual and automation test cases through the utilization of existing automation test scripts. - Facilitate status calls and web demos to stakeholders to review projects and functionality prior to testing. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support testing efforts and meet deadlines. - Partnership with IT leads in working through issues/defects and resolution. - Ensure testing is completed within established time and that objectives conform to the user requirements and needs of the business. - Maintain communication with testers, IT and Stakeholders on project status. Production Testing - Primarily responsible for testing and monitoring websites and web applications on multiple desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across browsers. - Determine the when, where, and why of each production defect or problem at its source along with IT team for all functionalities and Integration points. - He or she must generate reports that accurately detail defects found during testing and offer recommendations for improving existing processes - Experience in project management and QA methodology and Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. - Content updation on CMS from time to time given by stakeholders Qualifications - Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience. - Three or more years of relevant work experience. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet UAT deadlines by providing extended hour and weekend testing and support as necessary. Working conditions You have the ability to work on multiple assignments with strong attention to detail. You can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You are able to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions and drive aggressive timelines.
