Manager, Marketing & Growth Strategy
Location: Company's head office in Gurgaon (NCR)
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
We are looking forward to fill the position of - Manager, Marketing & Growth Strategy- . This leadership role spans multiple functional areas, including B2B Marketing, Growth Hacking / Growth Strategy, and Strategic Initiatives. This is a phenomenal position for someone with a B2B Marketing interest who would like to get exposed to the world of Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics. The selected individual will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in realizing the next wave of growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Participate in sales pitches, manage leads across the globe, coordinate on proposals with Presales/Delivery team, manage sales collateral

Lead B2B Marketing Activities Create B2B marketing plan, head the initiative to revamp the website, work with vendor(s) to ensure quality & on-time delivery, manage website content on an ongoing basis, manage social media handles, test & evaluate various B2B marketing channels

Drive Thought Leadership Completely own and manage Thought Leadership activities. Manage content calendar & activities, create blog articles, review content generated by internal/external personnel, push material through different channels, evaluate channel performance, kickstart newsletter campaigns and enhance these over time

Strategic Initiatives Manage client feedback & testimonials, coordinate internal R&D agenda, help identify trends in the industry, perform competitor review, drive vendor negotiations, assist the CEO and COO with other strategic initiatives
Requirements: 1. 2-5 years of relevant work experience. By - relevant-, we mean that your responsibilities should have been largely similar to those described above
2. Candidates need to either have an undergrad from a top tier institution (e.g. IITs, BITS, SRCC, LSR, etc) OR an MBA/MBA equivalent from a top 10 institution (e.g. IIMs, XLRI, IIFT, etc)
3. Candidates need to have a technology background, either due to their academics (e.g. engineering) or their previous work experience
4. Superior communication skills in English is a must (both verbal and written)
5. We are looking for someone with a - self-starter- mentality. The ideal candidate will be able to create their own agenda and work with limited day-to-day guidance/supervision
6. This role requires an ability to switch effective between a - macro- and a - micro- lens, as required.
For example, at times, you will be required to take a big-picture outlook to understand key trends, opportunities, etc. Other times you will be going through detailed content to identify errors, etc. Strong candidates will be able to work effectively in both these modes and also know when to switch
