- Provide direction & plans to Regional Teams
KPI's :- No. of customer connect program - New customer acquisition.
- ROI on events in terms of sales.
- Campaigns - spends Vs Sales.
- Offer - Increase in ABV & redemption percentage.
- New store launch - budget sales target vs achievement.
- Large scale events and execution skills around BTL is Mandatory.
