Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Marketing strategy in line with overall business agenda
- Developing and execute the local brand communication in alignment with global guidelines and the brand philosophy
- Manage and control the marketing budget allocation across working & non working media spends
- Own and manage relationships with agency teams and ensure briefs & plans are aligned with overall brand strategy and objective
- Lead the brand's digital marketing strategy including website, social media, online advertising & ecommerce
- Collaborate extensively with the Sales Team to provide the right solutions for visibility and communication at point of sale
- Conceptualize & test new product ideas in line with brand strategy
- Explore and propose new possibilities and ideas to market the brands in the local market
- Maintain updated knowledge of consumer behaviour, products, related market trends and drivers for the brand through quantitative and qualitative market research
- Manage claims and communication with lab partners in line with regulatory guidelines
- Identify and work with 3rd party suppliers for new and existing products and ensure product quality
