KRA's :
- Responsible for setting up marketing strategy for core brands / Business.
- Design and implement successful go-to-market strategy for product launches, marketing initiatives etc.
- Creation of corporate identity, branding and communication strategy.
- Strong Alignment to sales functions and Collaboration with Sales team for effective and result oriented execution
- Information gathering and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Work directly with CXOs and multiple cross functional teams.
Ideal candidate will have MBA from reputable institute with 8 to 12 years of experience working in leading FMCG, Pharma, Food or any such manufacturing segment with a MNC.
