- To plan, initiate and drive various customer marketing initiatives & engage with different stakeholders for seamless co-ordination & support
- Plan and drive visibility for categories & brand in General Trade, Modern Trade and other channels
- Design and drive relationship programs for our key customers across all channels in order to build long-term partnerships & increase in profit & sales. Pave the way for Joint Up Business planning through planning & execution of Distributor Engagement Program .
- Planning & Execution of BTL visibility drives, Consumer promotions & Events including BTL tie-ups.
- Evaluating Marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses & ensuring positive returns in both Traditional and Modern Trade.
- Design robust mechanism for measuring the effectiveness of BTL Activities and charting out annual BTL Calendar in alignment with ATL Plans.
- Handling BTL Marketing budget to support business goals
- Incorporating CRM modules as a key strategy in sync with organizations Digital strategy.
