Marketing Manager-FMCG
Leading FMCG company is hiring for Marketing Manager position. Ideal candidates should be MBA's with 6-12 years experience in Pharma Marketing.
Main duties and functions :
- Developing the plans/strategy of the brand for (1 year operational Plan and 3 year strategic plan) and gaining support of top management.
- Leading the Innovation agenda for as per the Brand Strategy.
- Implementation of brand plans includes ensuring timely implementation of the activity calendar.
- Identifying and drawing up any corrective/reactive action required on the brand through prescription share review.
- Constant scanning of healthcare trends and implications on the brand.
- Maintaining and updating competition dossiers w.r.t spends/cost benchmarks etc.
- Identify and deploy consumer research that may be needed on the brand.
- Developing and maintaining Insights and Consumer Understanding with regard to the products under the brand communication.
- Developing overall communication strategy.
- Developing new messaging matrix and materials in close collaboration with the medical,legal and regulatory team.
- Driving the digital approach: website regular updates, implementation, asset development to support CBUs strategy.
- Maintain a monthly dashboard of all activations/communication.
- Track brand performance.
- Provide assistance with preparation of submissions to regulatory agencies.
