Position Location: Bangalore Qualification &amp; Experience: - A management graduate from a reputed institute - 5 - 8 years of strong experience in marketing &amp; sales with a reputed FMCG / Food &amp; Beverage organization - Preferred 2 - 4 years of prior experience in Brand/ Category Management function Professional Skills &amp; Desired Attributes: - Exposure to full marketing mix with a good understanding of marketing concepts, brand positioning, and business planning - Understanding of key market research and consumer tracking techniques and their applications - Strategic thinker - ability to see the big picture and connect the dots to understand category drivers and future trends. - Strong analytical skills - able to synthesize multiple data streams and crystallize into clear conclusions for strategy/action planning - Customer-oriented mindset - takes a highly responsive, consultative and collaborative approach with customers. - Comfortable interacting with and exposed to global, regional and local senior executives - Collaborative and able to work across departments and customers
