Our client is looking for an Marketing Manager to build profitable sales of their branded products, ensuring the products increase market share and presence and manage the product life cycle to maximize sales and profitability.

As a Marketing Manager you will have experience of implementing effective and planned marketing campaigns. The role involves managing, developing and delivering comprehensive marketing projects from inception through to completion across the full marketing mix. You will be responsible for delivering firm-wide strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and be someone who is able to work professionally and confidently multiple stakeholders and senior staff.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Assists Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve Sales/Revenue targets

- Analyzes sales data and determine sales forecast by channel and by market or region.

- Recommends creative and cost effective promotional activities

- Generates sales and marketing periodic reports and suggest actions plans.

- Generates market intelligence periodic reports by synthesizing data from different resources including (but not limited to) retail audit, household panels, internet, news sources and social media

- Assists Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target

- Develops, Maintains & Coordinates agreed media plan and ensures the implementation of the plan.

- Inspects layouts, advertising copy, edit script, audio & video tapes and other promotional material for adherence to specification in coordination with marketing manager.

Qualifications and essential skills :

- Minimum 7 years of experience at FMCG companies. Should have managed multinational brands.

- In addition to sound marketing production and campaign management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, this position requires a sound understanding of marketing theory and the work of a marketing department; together with the ability to make appropriate decisions for organizing and planning work.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and to influence and build strong relationships internally
