KEY JOB - RESPONSIBILITIES - Marketing strategy &amp; planning - Development and execution of annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets- including product range management, new product briefs, key campaigns and budgets. - Partner with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives &amp; trade related activities, Deliver on Market shares &amp; business goals - Content and creative strategy - conceptualization and execution of campaigns, photo shoots, videos, social media pages, influencer tie-ups, blogs, PR articles, Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan - Media Planning &amp; Evaluation: Driving penetration and brand awareness through a combination of influencer marketing, digital, PR, visibility, on-ground activations, Planning ATL &amp; BTL communications, developing merchandise. - NPD &amp; Innovation -Develop a clean innovation funnel &amp; work with cross-functional teams to deliver on same, Leading the cross-functional teams to develop and launch the innovation pipeline of SKUs - Team Leadership -Provide leadership and direction to a team &amp; ensure that they are effectively deployed for achieving the business goals, MS goals and profitability goals of the assigned category. Desired Experience: - 15+ years of work experience in FMCG - Should have major experience of marketing role in FMCG brands preferably into Home Care Category, should have worked at senior level position with experience of leading a team About the Company The company is a Mumbai head-quartered FMCG company with an annual turnover of over 1500 crores.
