Candidate must be MBA in Marketing from Top B School or University having 10-15 Years of experience in FMCG industry.
Key responsibility areas are as follows:
- FMCG/ Consumer Services industry experience in the Marketing & Sales functions, with demonstrable successes in the various areas of Product & Brand Management.
- Experience of dealing with multi-brand/product portfolio in a large Company.
- Executing ATL, BTL, TTL, Market Research, Media Planning & Category
- Management across diverse geographies.
- Responsible for market activation programs, consumer promotions and trade interventions initiated by Marketing - with robust control & tracking mechanisms along with metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Liaise & Coordinate with internal departments (e. g. production, supply chain, sales, research, and development) & external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers, vendors, regulators, certification partners) to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
- Plan & Execute Digital & Social Media initiatives.
