Job Responsibilities :

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy overseeing both

traditional and modern trade initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with experience in marketing of skin and hair care products, strong in digital and social media marketing and who can develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our existing products (edible and toilet soaps) and successfully launch and market our new cosmetics line.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Develop market-specific strategies to penetrate traditional markets, modern trade channels, and export markets effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in traditional markets, modern trade, and export segments.

Desired Profile :

- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for talent development.

- MBA with minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the Cosmetics & Personal Care or related industry, with a focus on traditional markets, modern trade, export, and marketing.

- Should have strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing
