We have urgent requirement for Marketing Manager with a leading Financial Consulting firm.

JOB Location: Mumbai
Type of Employment: Permanent
Qualification: Commerce graduate with PG in Marketing
Reporting to: Partner
Role specific skill-sets:
- Understand Company's business, go-to-market strategy and service delivery models.
- Drive and manage all marketing activities for the Group.
- Manage a team and ensure appropriate allocation and timely delivery of tasks and projects
- Identify and establish strategic alliances with new associates
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing associates
- Build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team and the practices
- Support the sales team and practices to convert prospects into successful engagements
- Devise various group and practice level campaigns to Increase visibility of Company's
- Network at seminars, trade shows, conferences etc. to promote Company'sand generate leads
- Liaise with various associates to organise seminars for various Practices
- Schedule follow-up meetings with suspects to generate qualified leads
- Identify creative marketing channels to reach out to targeted list of potential clients
- Host various international associates in India
- Host and address various International business delegations in India
- Monitor and analyse market trends for specified services
- Study competitor's services and their go-to-market strategy
- Prepare and track marketing and communication budget
- Track return on investment on marketing campaigns and prepare reports for stakeholders on a periodic basis

Required Skill Set:
- Marketing postgraduate with 4 years of experience in marketing
- Ability to network and generate qualified leads for practices
- Strong project management, team building and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
- Clear understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Proficient with MS Office - PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good oral and written communication
