- Own and execute a brand growth strategy for India's first professionally managed feminine hygiene brand with a national presence.

- Planning and executing all Marketing & promotion plans for ATL/BTL activites around the country

- Coordinate with agencies and execute plan

- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

- Keeps promotional materials ready by updating materials; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt, supporting team.

- Experience in trade marketing, Media Planning and retail client management.

- Represent the organization as a progressive leader in the industry in order to capitalize the company position, image and revenue potential.

- Benchmark and manage dept budget/expense & plan ATL & BTL activities.
