Our client, US MNC Pharma Gaint, is looking for the following : Job Title : Manager - Marketing Excellence Location/Site : Mumbai Reporting to : Associate Director - Marketing Excellence Responsibilities : - Brand building : Leads annual brand planning process and enables the marketing team to create insight driven brand operating plans consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision, and objective - Co-create differentiated Marketing Plans and campaigns for Prioritized Brands, Supporting the marketing Team to utilize strategic growth levers based on Situational Analysis and create integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) - Partnership with advertising agencies and nurture healthy client agency partnership which will help create cutting edge IMC. Negotiation with agency partners to outline scope of work and resource allocation - Collaborate with Global marketing to strengthen campaigns for global brands and best practice for local brands and drive adherence to Branding guideline - Monitor and Measure the brand health and execution KPI based on suggested in clinic and out clinic initiatives and to take regular corrective measures - Identify skill gaps and design capability building programs for the marketing team including partnership with academia and collaboration with subject matter experts in marketing and advertising - Create a marketing center of excellence with best practices within and outside the affiliate / industry. Identify platforms to reward and recognize the marketing campaigns - Work with Leadership team to ensure adherence of marketing process and implementation of marketing tools and frameworks to drive performance of focus brands and NPI Requirements : - MBA from reputed institute - At least 5+ years of experience in pharma industry with experience in handling brands covering at least two of the listed areas - large size, new brands, Life cycle management of brands, launch of new divisions, super specialty brands
