- Custodian of Brand Building across SBUs - Co-create differentiated marketing plans for relevant business unit, supporting the Marketing Manager to utilize strategic growth levers based on situation analysis and create impactful campaigns
- Create and drive detailed Project Plans for key projects, through effective Stakeholder Management. eg Corporate Researches, Customer Centricity initiatives, Improve effectiveness of key out clinic activities - CMEs, patient programs through planning etc)
- Plays a Key Influencer role in developing strong medico-marketing programs / customer programs based on brand plan to ensure sustainable growth of business
- Review all annual and cycle strategies, VAF, Media Mix
- Drive the Cycle Meeting Agenda - create FF excitement, Manage the excitement in internal field related communications
- Internally collaborate with multiple teams like senior management, BUs / MMs, agencies/ associations (ad agencies, medical assoc, NGOs) and central corporate teams to ensure integrated brand programs for all high investment, pillar and new brands.
- Manages all Creative Agencies for resourcing, quality of work, Retainers fees and Contracts
- Analyses data trends like IMS, SMSRC and triangulate the same with internal performance and come with business recommendations / insights.
- Monitoring Brand Performance, execution and measure effectiveness of In Clinic and Out Clinic Initiatives
