On an Embark for a Manager - Marketing Effectiveness for a leading Financial company.
The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone with a mix of marketing campaign evaluation experience as well as advanced statistical and modeling skills.
The role involves development, execution, Testing, designing, measuring and analyzing marketing campaigns along with predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
Set up experiments, establish control groups, and devise AB tests to be able to measure, understand, and influence customer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns
Use predictive modeling and other statistical techniques to identify and understand drivers of customer behavior
Work with business partners to transform customer understanding into measurable business results
Develop prioritization and targeting methods based on statistical modeling for existing and prospective customers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience using data mining/analytical methods, preferably in marketing optimization
- Strong working knowledge of statistical software and programming (R, Python, SPSS, SAS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, data mining and other analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with data gathering/management/manipulation
- Experience with a variety of predictive modeling techniques
- Experience supporting key management decisions with clear and concise data analysis
