Roles and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager, so designated in relation to the authority concerned, shall be-
- Execution of the marketing / branding plan to focus on increasing admission for the University
- Strategies to promote the University branding and image for admission
- Integrated all marketing communication programs and liaise with Media agencies, PR agencies, Digital Marketing agencies to execute the task
- Strategies the marketing plan and design a marketing calendar as per the admission season
- Conducting various events road shows and promotional events intended to generate Leads and create Brand visibility
- Coordinate for release of ads in media, posts in social media, web ads etc.
- Manage the team of marketing
- Coordinating and Managing Area Sales Managers/Marketing Staff and understanding the marketing collaterals requirement in improving the admission from different zones
Requirements/Eligibility:
- MBA from a recognized University/Institute
- Preference would be given to candidate having at least 5 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed University / Higher Educational Institution
- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication (Multi linguistic preferred)
- Flexibility to work at stretched hours (seasonal)
- Go-getter attitude, strong interpersonal skills and must have an intimate knowledge of the higher education market and on ground expectations
- Knowledge of marketing strategies / plans for the marketing of University / Higher education
