Roles & Responsibilities :

- Create the customer Engagement marketing programme for Education ventures

- Have strong understanding of technology (loyalty based) that would allow the business to harness the relevant insights by deploying relevant technology platforms.

- Develop insightful marketing programme that would make help build strong empathy with the customers (students) and drive enrolment.

- Have a background in BTL for driving activities to generate leads.

- Marketing programme with alliance partners that will help in generating strong and relevant enrolments to various education programme offerings.

- Have an eye for creative to get creative targeting the right consumer group.

- Need to manage multiple stake holders across the wider organization and possess inter personal skills to deliver on cross functional management requirements.

- Create data driven scientific measurement models to measure the investments success and efficiency.

- Work with various external agencies and stake holders to deliver the Engagement and & Learning Centre marketing objectives.

- Has a strong control on the budgetary investments and ensure plans are as per the agreed marketing investments budget.
