MARKETING MANAGER
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the entire gamut of the marketing world for the company with an objective to create a unique brand identity
- Brand manager will be responsible to promote company with a primary objective to generate demand and supply.
- Responsible for all BTL-onground activations & PR Activities (planning, budgeting, generalist photoshoot, execution)
- Handling the end to end Event Management for initiatives such as Product Launches, Exhibitions, customer/client meets etc.
- Sync all marketing platforms to a common platform and objective that is in lined with brand values and communication. Cross-platform Marketing-unify all modes of communication across multiple channels for diversified audiences to achieve maximum impact
- Business reputation management and image shaping by Enhancing Online and offline Presence.
- Digital Business Management & Brand-building -Leveraging digital tools to help organizations run more effectively by increasing the footfall on the website via Organic or Paid searches through Search Engine Optimization strategies with a ROI based approach
- Work as strategic Counsellor and advisor -We would like to empower the brand manager with the authority to work like an entrepreneur. He/She must analyze the existing growth obstacles and provide a proactive advocacy that impacts brand positioning and the gradient growth of your business.
- Build capabilities in-house by hiring teams and building execution capabilities within the company
