1. Develop long term Brand & Digital Strategy and put in action the efforts, with an end goal of Building Premium Brand Imagery and Maximize brand visibility across all Offline and Online platforms. Create innovative content + representation for digital platforms. 2. Develop long term PR Strategy with consistent media presence though the year. Ensure consistent voice and image of the Brand through various PR initiatives. 3. Support &amp; collaborate with all the stakeholders in the development &amp; deployment of all Offline &amp; Online marketing elements basis the aligned brand communication strategy. 4. Proficient in creating, understanding and analysing the traditional &amp; digital media plans. 5. Responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of traditional &amp; digital marketing, social media, ORM, website management, content marketing and campaign performance/management activities. 6. Drive Social media marketing for brand with effective use of platforms using content marketing to enhance brand engagement. Devise independent platform wise social media strategy. 7. Improve consumer experience on the website basis UI/UX enhancements, SEO improvements, content creation, identify the area of improvement and ensure quality traffic on the website along with improving the vitals of the website across all parameters. 8. Manage full-fledged ORM for the brand and ensure timely reporting of all the developments with actionable insights. 9. Interact &amp; engage with Creative, Digital media &amp; PR agencies. 10. Manage annual digital marketing budgets. Skills &amp; Experience: - Must have: B2C Experience - MBA in Marketing with minimum 7 to 8 years of core marketing experience (excluding sales experience). - High level of proficiency and hands on experience in both traditional &amp; digital marketing; digital media planning. - Exposure to work with ATL, BTL &amp; Digital agencies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Creative thinking; collaborative; excellent interpersonal skills; teamwork; attention to detail; innovative; should be able to operate with minimal supervision; evolved negotiation skills.
