We have one very urgent position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location :

Base Location : Mumbai

Offered CTC - 7 lac to 9 lac p.a ( approx ) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

Position : Marketing Manager - Digital Enhancement

Indicative Job Profile :

Job Purpose :

- Responsible to drive Issuance from the logins done

- Key guardian of the Process note and works very closely with every backend team to maintain sanctity of the same

- Drive feedback (NPS) for online buying journey via online, email and call centre

- Key stakeholder in all developments initiated towards enhancements of the platform

- Responsible to maintain process TAT's

Principal Accountabilities :

- Accountability Supporting Actions

Website Management :

- Managing the overall website including logged in and NLI section

- Monitoring the website and work on critical issues with IT ex: payment not success cases, App form etc

- Making the website user friendly for the customers

- Drive the ICF initiative and make required corrections and changes as and when needed.

- Maintenance of all other digital properties as well.

Project Management :

- Identify and drive projects needed by businesses and support teams in order to have a footprint in the digital world.

- Creations of new assets like micro sites and apps to be delivered as projects.

- Responsible overall projects and their delivery as per the agreed timeline.

- Gathering the requirements from different stakeholders

- Identifying improvement areas and implementing

- Managing the team of Development and testing

- Documenting the requirements, making the test cases and reviewing

- Suggesting solutions if there is any gap in the process and Following escalation matrix to ensure the projects meets the deadline

- Working on the risks involved through the feedback received from the customers

Online sales Portal Management :

- Works closely with the eCommerce team in setting up of new products

- Drive developments new or change requests for the team

- Customer convenience to be the centre of all automation done.
