Manager - Marketing - Dermatology/Aesthetic/Cosmetic & Medical Device Industry

Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing from dermatology, Aesthetic and medical device industry. Should have experience on B to B marketing along with Digital platforms management and digital communication.

- Out of 8 / 10 years the candidate should have spent 2 to 4 years in leading the marketing function.

Education: Science graduate with Master's degree from reputed management institute.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing marketing objectives and strategy for all two verticals to ensure growth and expansion, creating a robust tactical plan to meet marketing & sales objectives and gain stronger visibility.

2. B to B marking experience is must. Market Analysis on current business, competition, gaps and potential market.

3. In charge of a diverse activities including planning, work organization and methods, determining priorities, budget and control, directs a large group of employees and manages through subordinate managers.

4. Demonstrate knowledge transfer to subordinate and staff members, ensure seamless communication with sales team on marketing activities along with unified delivery of marketing collateral to customers, coordinate customer gratification activities.

5. Monitoring digital presence - Website management and Digital platforms management, evaluating the activities and Digital communication.

6. Arrange, manage and attend various conferences & meetings, manage related logistic, Plan, design, execute conference campaigns. Overseeing Corporate Branding assignments to ensure complete benefit of it is accrued.
