Strategic: 1. Marketing & Product Management: Analyze Crop Pest Product trends anticipated in future and lead
a. New Product Development
b. Product Life Cycle Management
c. Portfolio management
d. Co-marketing strategies
2. Business Development : Relationship Management with the product principles for pipeline products and future pipeline development ;
3. Price - Strategic support on the price analysis and trends at industry levels
4. Promotion & branding - Branding direction and support Handling and managing pre launches for existing growth projects and new inclusions
a. Protocol Definition for marketing trials
b. Execution, supervision of Marketing Demos
c. Product Launch -Budgets and Approvals
d. Label and Packaging Design
e. FAB & USP's -Communication strategy, Promotional material,
f. Packing and packaging implementation;
g. Material preparation & logistic, vendors etc.
h. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers
Financial: 1. Business Planning and management : Support and facilitate in designing, implement, and achieving the Annual marketing plan for CP Vertical, Zones and regions
2. Develop and support implement marketing plans and projects for new product and key existing products; Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
3. To support and guide the zones and regions in developing customized marketing strategies and to work closely with operations on monitoring and evaluating the implementation of those strategies
Customer/ External Orientation : 1. Strategize Customer Engagement activities for CP business to enhance the brand equity of Company
2. Working closely with the Vertical Head and other stakeholders for long term strategic relationship management with key partners
