Manager - Marketing - Construction Firm

What you'll do:

- Contribute to media relations efforts through info-graphics, ongoing storytelling

- Write blog posts and magazine articles and publish them as decided with the team.

- Maintain the external communications through LinkedIn, email etc.

- Maintain outreach and announcement calendar

- Report on the performance of all external communications through analysis of blog posts, article engagement/reach, and earned media coverage etc.

- Support the sales team with external communications efforts for conferences and other events, demo and sandbox accounts and market research.

- Optimise all content for Search Engine and Social Media as per the best SEO/SMO practices

- Ensure all communication is cohesive across all external LivSYT brand channels, including but not limited to website, social media and the partner magazines.

- Product support and issues communications with the internal team.

- Organize conferences and tradeshows on behalf of the company to generate quality leads.

- Stay up to date on industry trends.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree - Engineering / Architecture / business / journalism or equivalent

- 5+ years of work experience in Marketing

- Strong writing and presentation

- Experience in enterprise software/technology communications is highly desirable

- Natural ability to develop trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

- Previous construction industry experience is preferred

- Software knowledge - Photoshop or equivalent, MS Office, wix or equivalent, latest AI tools
