Degree in business/marketing, statistics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing or related analytical roles from any industry
- Experience in multi-faceted marketing including Inbound/digital and traditional tactics
- Cross functional skills and fundamental knowledge base (finance, strategy, marketing, pricing, sales)
- Candidate must have Marketing communication, marketing strategy, brands, digital strategy very important
- Must understand Macroeconomics, factors, trends-m Business and finance acumen
- No Industry preference
- Should have team management skills, though will not handle a team immediately
- Conceives & deploys effective local marketing campaigns in support of business goals
- Drives Inbound Marketing execution and manages social media program
- Drives development and execution of local marketing communications strategy and tactical plan
- Manages internal or external creative resources (e.g. Advertising agencies, freelancers, etc.)
- Identify and develop regional market knowledge that can be used as insights in sales enablement and customer impact presentations.
- Develops right tools so that area managers can capture insights digitally
