Client :

A leader in flow control solutions.

Role :

- Marketing & Comm Mgr is responsible for managing marketing initiatives / projects to achieve business objectives.

- Plan, budget, execute, monitor and optimize initiatives across media and independently handle select projects from concept to completion

Reporting to : Head of Marketing & Comms.

Key aspects of the role :

- Interface with stakeholders to develop a marketing communication plan

- Create an annual marketing communication calendar and budget resources

- Project management - interface with sales, operations, agencies and vendors to successfully complete projects as per plan and within budget

- Data Analysis, ROI/ effectiveness tracking

- Vendor identification, capability development and management

Person for the role :

- Graduate in Engg with PG in Mgmt with about 7 to 10 years experience handling marketing management in B2B domain

- Experience in independently managing marketing projects with external vendors.

- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Project management

- Communication and people skills
