Role :
Product communication :
- To proactively drive Commercial Bank products (Gold Loan, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor & Farm Equipment, Emerging Corporate Group, CBRL Branches, HR initiatives, Rural Housing & Business Loan) portfolio and develop & activate its communication strategies
- Managing channel requirements for commercial banking and coordinating daily marketing deliverable
- Assisting in cross-sell campaign generation and handling end-to-end execution
- Assisting in providing marketing support for key product initiatives
- Executing BTL campaigns for products
Channel engagement :
- Planning the channel engagement calendar and executing the same
- Ensuring all products get maximum visibility across all ad inventory available
- Supporting product managers in sales drives
Customer engagement :
- Assisting in planning of customer engagement activities and communication
- Execution of key engagement deliverable
Statement & Budgeting :
- Managing the Annual statement branding and Marketing budgets
