Key Responsibility:
1. Track competition statistics and keep global databases up to date. Keep sales team and management informed of major developments and new products/new markets.
2. Responsible for Business projections for 1 and 5 year time periods, ensure they are aligned with supply capabilities and investment horizons.
3. Responsible for creating the central Marketing plan for each segment under his care.
4. Go for detailed analysis of the imported material data and the estimates given by the sales teams and make a consolidated report.
5. Drive new projects and take turnover and timeline responsibilities of all major projects needed to achieve Business Plans.
6. Work with Sales and Supply Chain for product portfolio optimization to drive better profitability.
7. Work with Sales and SCM to get higher throughput with minimum inventory.
8. Search for partners (M&A targets) providing silicones but esp. also non- silicones solutions to drive new project in relevant markets
9. Assure application of all features in Salesforce in daily life, esp. in monitoring prospects or leads, new opportunities, quotations and complaints. Follow-up of completion of opportunities.
10. Responsible for correct Pricing, especially for new products. Monitor pricing to ensure profitability.
11. Assess the bottlenecks in terms of supply positions and patent position from other manufacturers or competition.
12. Meticulous observation of the commodity markets and maintain dynamic price for the company's commodity business.
13. Help Management and Sales to present product portfolio through different live and digital platforms.
14. Validate Sales forecast accuracy& analysis of revenue from existing as well as new customer
15. Support in Regional Corporate Communication activities.
BSc/ MSc and MBA in Sales & Marketing with at least 15 years of experience in Chemical Sector. Opening is for a MNC Chemical giant .
