- This position will be responsible for comprehensive market research, market size estimation, identifying key players in the market, analysing market share and its dynamics, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.

- He/she should be proficient in forecasting upcoming market trends and customer behaviour, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

- This position will be collaborating seamlessly with business stakeholders, validating research findings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, fostering a cohesive strategy.

- Going beyond research this position will actively engage with R&D and portfolio teams, leveraging cross-functional partnerships to ideate and implement innovative solutions that address market needs.

- Moreover he/she will liaise closely with the commercialization team, diligently tracking and optimizing the performance of innovative solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed predetermined benchmarks for success within the cleaning and hygiene product industry.

Qualification & Experience: Engineering graduate with marketing management postgraduation degree. Having worked with/for market research organisation at national level, having experience in ideating, designing and implementing strategic plans which made changed the market landscape for that business.
