1. Marketing Research with a view to qualitatively and quantitatively assess:
- Buyer Behavior Trends
- Positioning of Co. Buses as they exist as per buyer perception
- Pricing including Price Value Trade Off
- Competitive Intelligence
2. Marketing Representative in Engineering CFTs formed for developing new Bus Platforms and Upgrades of Existing Products. Herein, would be responsible for:
- Identifying Market Opportunity trends and size.
- Initiating the Business Case towards New Product Development Vision Gate and M0 / S0 Sign Off on behalf of Sales & Marketing.
3. Conceptualizing and deploying Advertising Campaigns of Buses
4. Positioning Campaigns to reinforce / correct positioning in line with Marketing Research
5. Tactical Campaigns in line with short terms volume objectives in consultation with Bus Sales
6. Budgeting of Promotional Overheads and monitoring the same
7. All Advertising agency / Event Manager Interaction needed.
8. Single Point Contact for all Bus Sales personnel for any support needed for:
- Conducting Promotional Activities
- Designing and conducting Sales Training Programs
- Designing and developing all BTL Promotional Material
- Designing and developing Sales Aids
9. Sales Volume with a view to ascertain volume inputs to initiate the Business Planning Process
Experience Profile: 7+ years in Sales & Marketing from Commercial Vehicles, Construction,Cars, Auto Components or Tyre Industry. Candidates with Bus Sales /Marketing exposure preferred.
