Marketing Manager -BTL / Offline

- Overall 5+ years of professional experience with a distinctive track record of impact across functions like Growth, Marketing and Operations.

- 5+ years of experience in planning & executing BTL marketing activities.

- Have managed multiple execution teams.

- Experience in Ed-tech industry (preferred but not mandatory).

- Own end-to-end planning, strategy and execution of offline marketing programs/activities.

- Actively manage the offline activities being organized by company to engage schools on ground.

- Identifying relevant offline activities & seeking the opportunity to get associated with it.

- Anticipate critical challenges, identify solutions, optimize resource requirements and drive initiatives by implementing the solution during any program.

- Make business presentations, necessary reports and maintain transparent engagement with internal & external stakeholders.

- Travel would be an essential part of this job. Traveling to our event venues & overseeing them would be required.

- Analyze the data from the events to gather actionable insights.
