Industry: Media (Upscale & Leading Bollywood channel)

Experience: 5 years in a similar role

Education: MBA

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: Industry best

Reporting to: Marketing Head

Overall:

- Oversee execution of advertising campaigns for consumer and trade fraternity,

- Oversee implementation of brand building campaigns

- Get the most effective return on investments on media buying by negotiating best rates and introduction of innovative practices

- Monitor and improve on feedback.

- Conceptualization and execution of activation ideas

- Should be able to work cross functions and collaborate in the best interest of the Business.

- Strategizing & implementation of marketing plans as per the Annual Operating plan (AOP)

- Competition tracking

- Project management skills

Financial:

- Adept with Financial Strategies

- Should have proven skills of striking Barters and other innovate avenues.

- Budget planning and management

- Customers

- Maintain and build new relationships with partners and vendors such as PR, Creative and Media agencies.

- Should be able to seamlessly work cross functional with internal stakeholders who are the support teams

- Internal Liaison with stakeholders - editorial, content, sales, Branded Content and distribution team for the channel

Team Management:

- Will be responsible for the delivery of a team. Hence, should have managed a team of two in the past.
