Manager - Marketing & Branding - Real Estate

We have an urgent Opening for Marketing & Branding Manager - Real Estate with a leading real estate developer in Kalyan.

Job Description:

Marketing/ branding strategy :

- Understanding the business needs as well as expectations of external stakeholders to establish a strong brand message.

- Forming overall marketing strategy for pan-India brand building/ expansion in the Residential and commercial space etc.

- Exploring various marketing channels - Print, television, events, exhibitions etc

- Monitoring brand perception on a regular basis, followed by Brand recall study, Brand perception study

- Ensuring all Sales & Marketing activities are aligned to the overall brand message

- Planning and executing all outdoor advertisements, event/ exhibition participation and there conversion rate

- Ensuring further support to sales team

- Preparing marketing & media calendar on yearly basis

- Marketing intelligence/ research activities

- Supervising market research activities for availability of competitive information, consumer trends, contacts etc.for corporate planning.

- Identifies untapped market potential and avenues for diversification

- Marketing planning through above and below-The-Line marketing

- Strategizing promotional activities based on understanding of demographic segments

- Establishing long-term relationships with vendors/ partners for smooth execution of promotional activities

- Planning for No. of ATL/BTL promotional activities, ensuring on-time delivery and evaluating the impact of past activities by comparing with sales lead vis-vis on conversion ratio.

- Managing Quality of marketing collateral design and on time delivery to sites

Public relations :

- Managing both home and oversees Public Relations activities by monitoring media coverage, ensuring media queries are responded to in timely fashion and looking after Oversees CSR initiatives

- Ensures dissemination of relevant company information in the media

Media planning/ creative :

- Supervising media planning by assisting in identification of various agencies for marketing collateral

- Ensure marketing collateral is in line with the overall brand message

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation in Marketing

Skills:

- Creative skills,

- Strong coordination, interpersonal skills, organising &planning skills

- MS office, Photoshop Adobe

- Communications skills

Knowledge and Experience :

5+ years of Marketing experience with a Real Estate Company
