Bio-Products Marketing Manager

Qualification -

- B.Sc. Agri. MBA in Agri Biz management / M.Sc.Agril. (Entomology)

- Sales & marketing experience preferably in Bio-products

Job description -

1. Marketing manager position requires understanding of regional cropping patterns, Agri-input patterns, Market / Trade structures etc.

2. Strong interpersonal relation maintaining behavior with sales and marketing team

3. Passionate for extensive traveling and staying in market places for 10-15 working days in a month

4. He should have strong convincing capabilities and ease of connecting with customers/farmers during branding activities

5. Conducting technical training sessions for field team and trade customers, field days etc.

6. Co-ordination with RBH/GM for seasonal activity plans and execution of major marketing activities resulting as driving factor for business

7. Regular market vigilance for competitive activities and pricing hence to provide information for business strategies

8. Inventory management and stock indent as and when required across region

9. Regular following up stock liquidation sales and payment collection to ZM and MO levels

10. Liaison with local Agri. Dept. for selling permission and research institutes and KVK for product concepts and inclusion in recommendation
