Position : Manager - Marketing

Job Profile:
- Conduct B2B and B2C market research programs with the support of external market research agencies.
- Conceptualize and develop the comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy for the B2B and non-digital B2C functions in consultation with the Head - Marketing.
- Implement and monitor all distributor and customer facing marketing activities across platforms and media.
- Create all relevant go-to-market collateral and communication to support new product/programme launches.
- Working with Sales to ensure that we have strong sales support programmes and material in place, which is distinctive to competition, as well as clear, precise and reflecting our customer's needs.
- Organise and execute all distributor, customer, and employee events with the support of the external event management agency.
