Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion of product and services:
- Design marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition. Craft the messaging and positioning of products. Ensure pull based creative appeal
Digital marketing : online product sourcing, emailer, online and app based promotions - BTL and Branch merchandising
- Event management and activation
- Manage product launches and marketing, research and internal recognition programs and communication
- Coordinate with agencies for creating campaigns for specific business objectives for existing and new customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments, product managers and internal stakeholders for briefs, approval of copy and content of collaterals. Take all relevant approvals from all stake holders
- Design thematic and tactical innovative campaigns Communication:
- Must be strong on written and spoken communication skills.
- Identify the correct TG for the product/ services and understand customer need
- Create effective communications for the various identified channels and deploying various campaigns
- Conduct communication/campaign testing through research, branch and customer feedback
- Must have an eye for detail. Must be conversant with digital and social media marketing space.
- Should have good people management skills for interacting with various functions.
