Job Description :

- The Marketing Manager - beauty will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy to enhance the Brand Image, Equity and Business in Indian market by adapting the global brand framework to a locally relevant direction.

Description :

- Contribute to defining local strategy working closely with management and the global team
- Identify challenges, opportunities, and priorities to propose initiatives and strategic insights for supporting management decisions
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
- Work and suggest on A&P budget at right and accurate level for a healthy business
- Build and monitor the F&B Promotional budget and marketing expenses to drive maximum benefits to the brand.
- Lead 360 orchestrations to ensure successful launches of novelties and key priority campaigns
- Ensure that each activity builds the brand equity in the market
- Understand the luxury retail & wholesale business, people, culture, trends and organisational needs in the markets
- Anticipate challenges and provide relevant solutions supporting brand equity and POS excellence
- Act as the voice of India to provide input, feed Swiss Markets Region team with insights and open discussions to enhance the business
- Plan and update the Marketing Calendar according to global/regional directions and local priorities
- Identify the road-map for category growth and to sustain category leadership in the luxury beauty market
- Collaborate closely with Retail, commercial, learning, CRM and Omni-channel teams to maximise the business potential across 3 axes and all client touch points.
