Role Summary: The Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, focusing on campaign management, community building, branding, channel partnerships, influencer marketing, and content strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can design and execute campaigns that increase app downloads and engage our community on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Telegram. The ideal candidate will collaborate with digital marketing agencies or consultants, manage channel partnerships, and oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing and Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to increase app downloads. Collaborate with agencies or consultants to run ads, analyzing performance to optimize impact.

- Community Building and Branding: Lead the development of the WhatsApp community, implementing strategies to strengthen brand identity and customer engagement across digital platforms.

- Channel Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: Identify and establish collaborations with influencers, educational institutes, event organizers, and trade magazines to promote the app. Negotiate partnerships that reflect our brand values.

- Content Strategy and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of product marketing materials, such as demo videos. Ensure consistency in brand voice across all communications and maintain high-quality content on social media and blogs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and community building.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms and experience in running successful campaigns.

- Experience in building and managing communities, as well as in developing and maintaining channel partnerships and influencer marketing strategies.

- Strong content management skills, with the ability to oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials and ensure consistency in brand messaging.

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.

- Creative, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing challenges.
