What will you do every day?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible to develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and increase revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective demand-generation campaigns that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2B SaaS marketing with a specific emphasis on demand generation, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to promote the Company's solutions, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified lead generation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events, with a focus on driving conversion and revenue growth.

- Optimize Company's online presence, including the company website, landing pages, and digital advertising, to generate high-quality leads and engage with the target audience. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to position Company's solutions in the market effectively.

- Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics, such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Develop product messaging and position the product informed by user research, partner insights, and extensive product understanding

Requirements:

What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for?

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven track record of at least 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically focusing on demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of demand generation principles, strategies, and tactics, with hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
