Manager - Marketing
Position - Marketing Manager for LHD cluster of IO markets
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- Work closely with Country sales teams & distributor marketing teams & their agencies to plan and execute country level marketing activities to achieve specific goals.
- Plan & execute product launches & brand campaigns as per business objectives
- Brand management - managing brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to create a strong and recognizable brand presence
- Country level media landscaping for conventional, digital and BTL marketing platforms
- Develop market level understanding of consumer profiles, vehicle usage & behaviour, segment understanding, price - positioning, and competitor activities
- Managing marketing campaigns: overseeing the creation of marketing materials, such as website content, social media posts, and advertising campaigns
- Analyzing marketing data: tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and using data to make informed decisions about future marketing efforts
- Market Research - Perform competitive research to understand what's happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results
- Marketing intelligence - competition activity tracking & marketing MIS

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Pref) + MBA in Marketing
- MBA in Marketing + Graduation in any field
General Experience:
- 4 to 7 years with Marketing Experience
Critical Experience:
- Having positive attitude and a passion for developing and growing brands from grounds up in international markets
- Good Interpersonal skills, able to adapt and work with leaders and CFT teams
- Solutions focused, comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables including the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
- Believes in Frugal ways of working. Has a practice of using limited financial resources in a creative and efficient manner to achieve marketing objectives
- Cross-functional working skills to collaborate with other functions and open to new ideas
- Keen follower of market & consumer Insights.
- Passionate about cars, automotive industry and the international markets
- Ability to think holistically with a strategic intent
- Ability to communicate and pitch new plans and ideas to Senior Management for approval and direction
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power-point
