Our client, a health and wellbeing brand is looking for a skilled & experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to be at the heart of their fast-paced data & marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving their marketing strategies through data driven insights and analytics. Key responsibilities would include:
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to uncover actionable insights.
- Analyse and manipulate data using Python and visualise the results using Tableau.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing metrics, including but not limited to ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Guide the marketing team with predictive analytics to forecast trends and campaign outcomes.
- Extract advanced metrics from multiple data sources, and translate them into dynamic marketing dashboards to monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and other key marketing indicators.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Dive into the depths of our data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that describe the marketing landscape and give actionable insights.
- Solve problems around scalability of processes & operations ensuring the teams are at the forefront of their data processes.
- Analyse external data to identify market trends, consumer insights, demand generation that helps in product development, as well as internal data to identify campaign effectiveness like ROI, LTV, CACs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing teams & agencies to ensure proper campaign tracking on channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, email campaigns, push notifications etc
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, Scripts for Advertising, Amplitude and should know SQL, Python.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have the following attributes:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics positions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics,
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented way of thinking.
- Graduated in a STEM degree (computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, mathematics)
- Well Versed with SQL and Python.
