In terms of skill sets here's what we are looking for (apart from boundless enthusiasm and oodles of self-motivation) : - Up to 2 years of analytics experience working in a reputed B2C, SaaS or Consulting firm. - Experience working on marketing analytics with marketing teams mandatory. - Skilled in data engineering - being able to connect disparate systems & data sources into a cohesive database. Hence, knowing how to use APIs, webhooks, Zaps, Google Spreadsheets etc. should be second nature for you - Skilled in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization - Pro-actively generating data-driven insights to solve pressing business problems - Expertise in SQL and how databases work - Skilled at using Python for data extraction and analysis - Experience in a start-up or dynamic work environment is a plus - B.E./B.Tech from top engineering institutes What can you expect? - In a nutshell - loads of learning, lots of freedom to experiment, world-class colleagues, and market-leading pay. - Oh, and great work-life balance - we work 5 days a week (as our co-founder Ryan once said - If you can't get your work done working 8 hrs a day for 5 days in a week, you are doing something wrong- ).
