- Provide advanced marketing analytics support to cross-functional business teams across complete life cycle of a customer i.e. acquisition, customer engagement, portfolio management, cross-sell/up sell and attrition.

- Develop, implement, monitor & evaluate Digital Marketing analytic solutions & spend to improve the commercial performance of digital campaigns, overall Media Mix modeling and customer contact strategies within the Digital Channel and overall Omni Channel experience.

- Identify measurement plan, key success metrics, and reporting for new campaigns and recommend the right tools for measurement. Deep dive analyses that span primarily customer acquisition, engagement and lifetime value initiatives using data from multiple vendor reporting sources in addition to internal data stores.

- Performance Tracking: develop and maintain a dashboard for tracking performance of each product. Develop a mechanism for identifying variations in performance vs. target, and gathering relevant data to help evaluate and determine next steps. Synthesize market dynamics to identify potential drivers impacting performance to inform marketing and sales decisions.

- Provide thought leadership on developing innovative methods of customer engagement & deepening.

- Design, execute & conduct ROI/Profitability analysis of campaigns across products.

- Design KPI's with senior management to analyze impact of marketing initiatives across multiple products and channels.

- Create and deliver presentations of insights; shared with all levels of the organization including to company leadership and board.

Role requirements :

- Master's Degree in Finance/Statistics / Economics / Operations Research/Computer Sciences or similar quantitative degree from Top Tier University.

- 6 - 8 years in marketing analytics with min 3-5 years of experience in building and leading analytics teams to achieve business objectives.

- Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression, clustering, classification models and ROI measurement.

- Solid hypothesis-based problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

- Understanding of marketing as well as risk analytics will be a plus

- Exposure to financial services domain a must.

- Individual should have seen advanced analytics in Indian and global context.

- Adeptness in using open source tools such As R

- Technical mastery in advanced database mining tools such as SAS, SPSS and SQL with the ability to coach and train others on best practice.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proven track record of working across all levels of the organization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of organization.

- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and significant time pressure.
