Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

- Campaign Management and Strategy : Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on Google and Meta Platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing goals. Leverage various online marketing channels including SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.

- Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize Google Analytics and other tools for detailed analysis of campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to create impactful campaigns. Ensure timely execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

- Testing and Optimization : Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance. Demonstrate a passion for learning and improving the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

- Marketplace Experience : Utilize experience in marketplace marketing to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. This experience will be considered an added advantage.

- Independent and Collaborative Work : Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in online marketing, including SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- Experience in a consumer e-commerce company is mandatory.

- Proven experience in marketplace marketing will be a significant plus.

- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
